            Aaron Reynolds is President and Owner of Automated Business Systems.  Aaron is also a Member and Owner of Document and Space Management Solutions, LLC.
            Aaron began his information management career in 1981 with 3M/Electronic Business Equipment as a salesman.  During his years with 3M and eventually Danka, Aaron achieved Captain of the Guard Status and was awarded Salesman of the Year several times.  In 1994 Aaron Reynolds joined Automated Business Systems and soon after was made Vice President and Manager of the Overland Park Office. 
            In February of 2000, Aaron formed Document and Space Management Solutions, LLC.  DSMS then purchased the assets of Automated Business Systems, Inc. in April of 2000.
            Aaron has had the pleasure of serving as ARMA Chairman for their National Convention in 1986 and on their ELF (Eliminate Legal-Size Filing) Committee.  He sat on the Advisory Committee for Special Education of the Blue Valley School District as well as the Access Program for Special Education. 
            With 20 years experience in document management and 15 years experience in imaging solutions, Aaron Reynolds strives to be a valuable resource to our customers.  Aaron especially enjoys helping people find solutions.

 Steve joined our team in June of 2006 as Sales Manager. Steve soon decided his heart was set on hitting the pavement with his team and now concentrates on taking care of targeted accounts as an Account Manager. Steve is our in house expert on Hamilton Sorter and brought with him 15 years of experience within the office equipment, office furniture and mailroom design and equipment field. He is “The Man” to talk to if you are an Architect or General Contractor. If you are with any Library, Museum, School, University, any department with in the Education field or are in need of office furniture Steve is the person to talk to in the state of Kansas.

            Bob Cox has been a part of Automated Business Systems since September of 2000 and primarily handles Government and Museum accounts.   Ten years prior to that, Bob was owner of Space Plus, Inc.  Bob brings a wealth of storage solutions knowledge to A.B.S. in a variety of markets including the private sector, schools and universities, hospitals, military, federal, GSA, state, county, and local governments.  Included are unique solutions for storing files, flashlights, and frogs.  Bob’s storage proposals are value based by using products that provide flexibility, sustainability, and the best possible return on our clients’ investment.

Chuck Decker cdecker@teamautomated.com

          Chuck Decker has been with Automated Business Systems since August of 1998.  Chuck is the primary account manager for the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, and all markets within of the city of Topeka, KS.  He is the primary sales contact for our electronic content management and file tracking software customers in all markets.  Chuck's duties also include Installation Coordination and management of our Installation and Service Department.  He has attended application and implementation sessions for Spacesaver Systems, OnBase ECM, Colorflex, Semco Products, and Oblique Systems.

Mike joined Automated Business Systems in February 2007 as the Account Manager for northwest Missouri. Prior to working at Automated Business Systems, Mike sold insurance for 3 years and worked as a structural and mechanical designer for 15 years in the automotive and pneumatic conveying industry, in which he obtained his AutoCAD experience.

Bruce Horvath bhorvath@teamautomated.com

Bruce joined Automated Business Systems in November 2006 as the Southwest Missouri Account Manager. Bruce has been involved in the storage industry for 20 years; 10 of those years as owner/operator of an installation management company, holding several certifications from various manufactures in the storage industry.  Bruce is now proud to be a Certified Spacesaver Storage Consultant with more then 9 years of providing unique storage solutions in a variety of markets including the private sector, schools and universities, hospitals, military, federal, GSA, state, county, and local governments and law enforcement.

            Chris became a part of the growing Automated Business Systems team in August of 2007 as an Account Manager. He joined us with 4 solid years in the space management industry bringing with him a total of 18 years of sales experience. Chris is the contact person for all federal, state, county and local governments, law enforcement agencies and military solutions.

            Tiffany and Mary currently make up our team for the Project Management and Design department. Their office is where your unique solution will be created. We develop solutions to take away your headache and ease your pain as we strive to achieve excellence with each and every project large or small. Automated Business Systems has been providing innovative and functional results for over 35 years. This team will continue to provide high quality finished products.  We scope out all options using several different manufacturers to ensure your solution is right for you and your environment.

Office Manager

Lisa recently joined the Automated Business team as the Office Manager to help fulfill the daily needs of our small office environment.  She came to us with 7 years of Administrative experience. Her duties now include sales support; receptionist and manages our filing and paper product supply department. Lisa is the person to talk to if you need to place any orders for folders, 5-piece expandable pockets, as well as any custom folder printing, indexing and labels.

 
Accounting Supervisor

Darlene Wahaus joined Automated Business Systems in Sept, 2003 as the supervisor of the accounting dept. With a bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration, she has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and financial industry. Darlene oversees all of the accounting duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

 

Service Manager

            Alan Stork is the Service Manager for Automated Business Systems.  Alan has been with Automated Business Systems since October of 1985.  While coordinating Spacesaver installations, Alan also performs most of the preventive maintenance and service calls on microform and other equipment.  Alan is Spacesaver Installation Certified.  He is also certified to service Canon and Minolta microform equipment. Alan has recently been certified in asbestos abatement procedures.
 
 Installation Department
 
Pete Willett 
            Pete Willett is the Installation Manager for Automated Business Systems.  Having been with Automated Business Systems since January of 1988, Pete oversees most of the Spacesaver installations.  Pete is certified to install Spacesaver. Pete has recently been certified in asbestos abatement procedures.

Justin Jacobs

        Justin Jacobs joined Automated Business Systems in 2007 as a temporary member of our team but has since joined us full time and has been Spacesaver Certified.
